Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and company documents.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation system for company records.
  • Assist in project documentation and coordination with site personnel.
  • Assist in tender preparation including compilation and submission of required documents.
  • Monitor and renew company licenses and registrations such as MBSA, SSM, MOF, CIDB, and other relevant certifications and authorities’ requirements.
  • Ensure all company certificates, licenses, and statutory documents are updated and properly maintained.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
  • Coordinate vendor registration and documentation submission.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage procurement of administrative items.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel or accommodation arrangements if necessary.
  • Assist in HR-related administrative matters including staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation.
  • Support finance and account department with basic administrative coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience in administration or related field.
  • Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with tender documentation and company licensing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Possess good document management and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
