Job Description

Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL

  • Electrical System

· To ensure building electrical supplies and wirings are well maintained to avoid disruption.

· To ensure all lights are in good condition.

· To ensure building signage light is well maintained.

· To monitor the main switch room system to avoid disruption.

  • Air-conditioning System

· To ensure air-conditioner units are well maintained.

  • Plumbing and Glass Door Works

· To ensure all piping line are well maintained to avoid any blockage and leaking problems.

· To ensure all glass windows are in good condition to avoid leakage and damage.

· To ensure building properties are not damaged by severe weather by implementing proactive measures.

· To ensure basement sum pump and water pump at mezzanine floor are well maintained.

· To ensure water supply is sufficient and not disrupted at all time.

  • Cement and Paint Works

· To ensure no cracks and faded paints appears in any building facilities.

· To ensure building’s parking bay lines are clearly painted at all times.

· Keep the basement area clean at all time.

  • Parking Lot

· To ensure parking lots are numbered and allocated accordingly.

· To ensure parking lot remote system functions at all times.

· To ensure boom gate is in good condition and closed at all times.

· To ensure motorbike parking shed and parking lines are in good conditions.

  • Fire Fighting System
  • To ensure all firefighting system including fire extinguisher, alarm, fire hose, sprinkler system and others are well maintained.
  • To maintain a fire escape route for all building occupants.
  • To arrange fire drill whenever necessary.
  • To liaise with BOMBA, DOSH or other government related departments on any building safety issues.
  • To ensure lift operation is smooth and safe at all time.
  • To ensure security personnel engaged for Wisma Leopad and produce report on weekly basis:
  • To facilitate repair works whenever required.
  • To schedule proper periodical and preventive maintenance for lift facilities.

Requirements

  • Possess a Professional Certificate.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the building management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire safety, and building systems.
  • Experience in lead and manage maintenance staff, vendors and any other stakeholder in daily work activity.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
