Govt Grants Administration Executive
Key Responsibilities
Process and coordinate government grant applications, claims, variations, and onboarding documentation
Review submitted documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with programme requirements
Prepare and maintain OJT plans, training records, reports, and supporting grant documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders, employers, training providers, and government agencies regarding grant matters
Track grant submissions, claim statuses, deadlines, and audit requirements
Support data entry, reporting, reconciliation, and audit verification activities
Maintain proper filing, archiving, and record management of grants-related documents
Support general administrative and operational duties as assigned
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Operations, or related fields
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant administrative, grants, or operations experience
Experience handling government grants such as CCP, SkillsFuture, WSG, or related funding schemes is preferred
Candidates with experience in Construction industry will have an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, organised, and meticulous in documentation handling
Salary
Salary commensurate with experience
Recommended range: $2.5k-$3.5k depending on experience and industry background
Work Arrangement:
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: City Hall Area
