Full Time UI-UX Designer - Graphic Designer Jobs, in The People Plug - Maukerja

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer / Graphic Designer role based in Singapore River. The designer will create intuitive user interfaces and high-quality visual designs for web and mobile products, including layouts, icons, illustrations, and marketing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements with stakeholders, translating user and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback and usability insights. The role also involves collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented as intended. The designer will maintain and evolve design systems, uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints, and support continuous improvement through user research, testing, and iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong user interface and user experience skills, including User Experience Design (UED), creation of user flows, and usability-focused problem-solving.
• Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency across digital and print assets.
• Experience with prototyping tools and workflows to build interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design projects, including end-to-end design processes and rationale.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in an agency, startup, or product environment is preferred.
