Finance Officer – 1 Year Contract

Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8am–5.30pm Fri: 8am–5pm
Off on Sat, Sun & PH
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a meticulous and organised individual to support backend finance operations.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Process refunds and payments
• Assist with journal adjustments
• Support procurement & admin duties
• Maintain finance records and filing
• Clear backlog cases and other assigned duties

Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant experience
• Fresh graduates with any diploma are welcome
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
