Job Description

Responsibilities

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team focused on ensuring timely and efficient order processing and shipping. Leverage your operational expertise in a fast-paced environment to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and prioritize urgent orders, coordinating effectively with shipment teams for timely follow-through.

  • Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure that orders are packed and shipped according to established cut-off times.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation that complies with regulatory standards.

  • Address high-profile customer inquiries regarding shipping delays and order issues with a professional approach.

  • Review and process software and system orders in accordance with established guidelines.

  • Validate custom-built orders to ensure accuracy and compliance across business systems.

  • Work with operational support teams to ensure timely completion of service requests.

  • Independently manage escalations using sound judgment and industry knowledge.

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as license management, data entry, and status reporting.

  • Maintain proper documentation in accordance with retention policies and support Distribution Management through software-related assignments.

  • Comply with workplace safety requirements and contribute to health practices within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, computerized distribution or operations environment.

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills across business and operational systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.

  • A structured and methodical approach to managing product lines, including knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) and Agile processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.

  • A customer-focused attitude, capable of anticipating and responding to needs efficiently.

  • Familiarity with process control systems is an advantage.
