Full Time IT Executive (Infra - EUC) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in CREDIT COUNSELLING SINGAPORE Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Review, refine and operationalise Infrastructure and End User related policies.
• Design and maintain Wintel server environments consisting of Windows Server (2016 - 2022).
• Manage Hyper-V and Azure Cloud computing setup.
• Manage CCTV and NAS operations inclusive of regular review of backup, recovery and associated policies.
• Manage network infrastructure such as CISCO switches and access points, Fortinet firewall, etc.
• Manage Active Directory, Group policies, Microsoft InTune, etc
• Administer (and drive new upgrades for) IT Telephony solutions that fits business operations
• Implement and administer backup solutions like Durva, Microsoft 365, Azure Backup, etc.
• Implement system monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance and security issues
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows Server systems
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, IT providers, and external support for effective service delivery
• Serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, Microsoft team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the helpdesk ticketing system.
• To configure, install, support, and maintain IT hardware and software – PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.
• Coordinate with members of the IT Department to plan and implement software upgrade and operating system installation or hardware tech refresh on laptop, and mobile devices.
• Monitor all Infrastructure components on a daily/weekly basis to ensure full operational status
• Track and update IT Asset Management records and assist in asset disposal on a routine basis
• Other IT related duties

Skills Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, AD Group Policy Management, CISCO, Fortinet, Durva, Okta, Menlo technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 /11 Operating Systems for EUC support.
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with ticketing systems (like Manage Engine-ServiceDesk or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to relate to business users and management
• Pleasant personality, polite and professional at all times.
• At least 10 years in work experience in IT Infrastructure/ Project/ Application/ Security-related field.
