Full Time Regional IT Program Manager (ODC) Jobs, in Tenth Revolution Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a SEA Regional IT Program Lead to drive operational excellence across our regional IT landscape. This role acts as a central control tower, ensuring visibility, governance, and execution discipline across technology programs, financial processes, and Offshore Development Center (ODC) operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Portfolio Management:

Manage a consolidated SEA IT portfolio across major initiatives, ensuring clear visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. Drive structured reporting and support prioritization decisions.

• Governance & Process Excellence:

Establish and standardize IT delivery processes (intake, approvals, change management, checkpoints) while ensuring alignment with Group IT governance and compliance standards.

• Financial & Procurement Oversight:

Provide transparency on budgets, forecasts, and cost trends. Coordinate procurement activities, vendor onboarding, and contract alignment, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Group IT.

• ODC Operations & Enablement:

Coordinate ODC site operations, support HR processes (onboarding, policies, C&B), and drive engagement initiatives such as town halls and team events. Serve as the central coordination point for ODC-related matters.

• Stakeholder Management:

Act as a key bridge across Regional IT Leads, Group IT, and business functions, ensuring alignment across countries and facilitating executive-level reporting.
