Job Description & Requirements

· Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary site activities, focusing on the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems with civil/structural construction workflows.

· Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of plant maintenance programs, ensuring best-practice preventive maintenance to minimize downtime on critical equipment.

· Direct and supervise site work, including machine troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and complex on-site technical problem-solving.

· Ensure all site activities, fabrication, and installations comply with Singapore’s local regulatory standards and project-specific quality requirements.

· Maintain accurate and essential records of maintenance, testing, and safety inspections; prepare detailed technical reports for Project Directors and stakeholders.

· Supervise and coordinate external contractors for M&E systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.

· Other temporary tasks assigned

Requirements:

· Recognized Diploma or above in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 15 years or above in construction and infrastructure projects, deep-water port, bridge, and wharf engineering experience will be an advantage.

· Extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, plant management, and site safety production.

· Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, equipment planning, and site technical issue resolution.

· Able to work under fast paced environment.

· Able to work across Singapore Island.
