Full Time Analyst - Group Strategy - Investments (Real Estate) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 11,000 in TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are recruiting for a fully integrated real asset fund management and development platform. With a total AUM of about USD80b, they operate in the logistics, data centres and infrastructure space.

Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will be independently evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modelling, and prepare high-quality investment papers as well as ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making.

You will also get the opportunity to straddle between Strategy/M&A related scope and working closely with other stakeholders across the broader business.

1. Investment Evaluation
Independently assess potential real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes and geographies, including both equity and debt structures
2. Financial Modelling
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze deal-level economics, sensitivity scenarios, and return metrics (e.g., IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash)
3. Investment & Strategy Papers
Draft clear and compelling investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees and senior leadership, outlining the strategic rationale, risks, and recommendations.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct macro and micro-level market research, competitive benchmarking, and due diligence to inform underwriting assumptions and investment strategy
5. Due Diligence Coordination
Liaise with brokers, partners, legal counsel, and other external advisors to facilitate deal execution
6. Ad-hoc Analysis
Provide on-demand analytical support to senior management, including portfolio reviews, hold/sell analyses, and performance tracking
7. Internal Investment Support
Review potential investment opportunities proposed by the broader business and work with Group Strategy & Investments team on potential Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from top-tier university with an outstanding university academic record
• You have about 1.5 to 3 years’ experience working in real estate investment, real estate funds management, real estate private equity, general investment banking or similar role
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are a strategic thinker who can connect the dots.
• You are a self-starter and highly motivated individual who seeks for excellence in their professional capacity.
