Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, in Northmod Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple entities in Singapore and Malaysia
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoicing, payment processing, collection follow-up, and reconciliation
• Perform monthly closing, journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
• Support daily finance operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and service providers for annual statutory audit, corporate tax filing, GST/SST submission and compliance, other statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparation of financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents
• Support ad hoc finance, operational, and administrative tasks as assigned
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within reporting timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and multi-entity environment
• Familiarity with Singapore and Malaysia accounting practices, GST/SST, and statutory compliance is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite is preferred
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
