KiN is a boutique hospitality brand based in Vietnam, offering thoughtfully designed hotels and serviced living spaces in Ho Chi Minh City. Rooted in the idea of “warmth of kinship,” KiN creates stays that combine design, comfort, and genuine hospitality. With a strong presence in Vietnam, KiN is now entering its next phase of growth.
As part of this expansion, KiN is entering the Malaysia market with the development and management of a 5-star hotel located in the Petronas Twin Towers precinct — moving into a larger-scale, full-service luxury hospitality. The company is building out its local team to support this next phase of development and operations in the region.
This is a leadership opportunity to operate and manage a high-profile 5 star hotel, in Kuala Lumpur’s most iconic locations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across brand awareness, lead generation
- Develop campaign timelines, track milestones, and ensure all initiatives progress according to approved plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and optimisation
- Provide regular campaign status updates and performance reports to management
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and on-brand postings
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand direction and campaign objectives
Digital Marketing
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display channels
- Work closely with the design team to produce campaign visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Track and report on digital performance metrics with a focus on continuous improvement
Email Marketing
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote offerings, and drive conversions
- Segment email lists and customise messaging to improve open rates, click-throughs, and overall engagement
- Analyse email performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation
Copywriting & Content Development
- Develop clear, compelling copy for website content, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand voice and effectively communicates the hotel's value proposition to target audiences
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify hospitality trends, guest preferences, and competitive landscape shifts
- Translate data and insights into actionable inputs for marketing strategy and campaign planning
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or brand marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and brand management
- Experience in events and activations is a plus
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics is an advantage
