Role Description

The Junior Campaign Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring campaign activities align with client goals and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on track. The role involves supporting campaign brief development, contributing ideas for creative and promotional strategies, and helping ensure consistent brand messaging. The Junior Campaign Marketing professional will also assist with administrative tasks related to campaign documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Campaign Management and working with Campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and suggest data-informed improvements.
• Basic Project Management capabilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email, or basic analytics tools) is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate respectfully with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
