Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Campaign Marketing role is based in Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Campaign Marketing team member will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include assisting with campaign briefs, coordinating timelines, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines. The team member will also help with market research, competitor analysis, and the optimization of active campaigns based on data-driven insights.

• Strong campaign-focused skills, including Campaign Management and the coordination of multiple Campaigns from planning through execution.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate with diverse teams, and interact professionally with stakeholders.
