Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM 1,700 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, addressing any inquiries professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas (pantry, bathroom, meeting rooms, etc.).
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Manage and maintain the general office filing system.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support company operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; personable and attentive to visitors and clients.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
