Full Time HEALTH, SAFETY - SECURITY EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Impiana Hotel Ipoh Perak - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, lobbies, gym, pool, and back-of-house areas to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Oversee swimming pool safety, including water quality testing and chemical handling controls.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene compliance with kitchen teams, including HACCP practices, storage control, and pest prevention measures.
• Monitor fire life safety systems such as alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits, and evacuation readiness.
• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) for contractors, maintenance works, and event setups.
• Review risk assessments for operational activities including events, renovations, and high-risk hotel operations.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and PPE usage across housekeeping, laundry, and operational departments.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency evacuation training for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate emergency drills and liaise with regulatory authorities including DOSH (JKKP), BOMBA, and DOE (JAS).
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near-misses, and guest safety issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee hotel security operations including monitoring, incident reporting, and protection of guests, staff, and assets.

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in safety, health, or security-related roles.
• OSH-C or SHO certification is an added advantage. Knowledge of HACCP and fire safety systems is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Able to handle emergencies and work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
