VACANCY: INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE (GP CLINIC GROUP)

We are expanding our team at Klinik Utama 24 Jam Group and looking for a detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to join our HQ in Sungai Buloh.

Position Details

Position: Internal Audit Executive
Location: HQ, Sungai Buloh
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and compliance audits for clinic branches
• Monitor branch financial activities to identify risks, leakages, or non-compliance issues
• Perform audit checks on billing, cash collection, panel/TPA claims, and inventory
• Prepare audit findings, reports, and recommendations for management
• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation
• Assist in fraud investigations, incident reviews, and risk assessments
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance
• Conduct surprise audits and branch visits when required
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial, operational, and patient information

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years experience in audit, finance, compliance or related role
• Experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting systems.
• Able to travel for branch audits and site visits when required.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range

RM2,500 – RM2,700 (Based on experience)
