Shue Guitars is a fast-growing boutique guitar manufacturer based in Kuala Lumpur, known for precision craftsmanship, innovation, and the use of sustainable Malaysian timber. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage 3-axis CNC machines for guitar parts production
• Experience using Artcam Pro & Adobe Illustrator（1 year preferred)
• Read, understand, and verify G-code for machining operations
• Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for machining
• Ensure high precision and consistency in all produced parts
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work closely with design and production teams to optimize workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the CNC workspace

Requirements

• Experience operating CNC machines (woodworking preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle urgent / last-minute production requests
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in musical instrument manufacturing is a bonus
