Full Time M-E Coordinator-Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Pembinaan Bintang Baru Sarawak - Maukerja

Project Coordination

• Coordinate all M&E activities across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, lifts/escalators, etc.).
• Ensure M&E works are integrated with civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Maintain schedules to ensure timely completion.

Technical Supervision

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Review drawings and method statements from contractors.

Quality Assurance & Control

• Monitor quality of M&E works on site.
• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and defect rectification.
• Report progress and issues to Project Manager/MEP Manager.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Track materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, and other documentation.

Stakeholder Communication

• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or M&E Engineering.
• 1-3years experience in high-rise building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, lifts, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera P6 and AutoCAD/M&E design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
