Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media & Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns, manage brand presence, and support marketing activities from ideation to execution. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives not only enhance brand awareness but also drive tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms.
  • Plan and execute organic and paid digital campaigns (e.g. deal campaigns, event promotions).
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance, providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including new channels, partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, monitoring brand sentiment, and making real-time adjustments.

Marketing Activities & Event Support

  • Coordinate with event organizers, creative agencies, and internal teams to execute marketing events.
  • Prepare event-related materials, including invitation letters, promotional visuals, and PR write-ups.
  • Support CSR initiatives (e.g., tree planting, food bank drives), ensuring alignment with brand values.
  • Assist in developing marketing collaterals, corporate profiles, and press releases.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including weekend events and activations, as needed.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement

  • Generate reports, insights, and dashboards to inform marketing strategies.
  • Track budgets, prepare payment requests, and manage CRM-related expenses.
  • Assist in website updates, EDM campaigns, and WhatsApp blasts.
  • Support system enhancements, including chatbot development and marketing automation tools.
  • Undertake additional ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or content creation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools, paid advertising platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • Ability to adapt brand messaging across different social channels and audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends for marketing events and brand activations.
