Qualifications & Skills :

1. SPM or equivalent (technical training a plus).

2. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.

3. Good physical stamina, able to stand for long periods and lift heavy things.

4. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a factory/plant setting.

5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
