Training & Development

• Conduct product training sessions for retail operation teams and promoters

• Prepare engaging training materials, presentations, and product manuals in line with brand guidelines.

• Organize refresher courses to update teams on new products, formulations, or marketing campaigns.

Brand & Product Expertise

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product range, benefits, competitive advantages, and target market.

• Act as the brand ambassador during trade visits, events, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure all training materials align with the latest brand and regulatory requirements.

Performance Support

• Monitor promoter performance and provide on-site coaching to improve selling skills and product presentation.

• Collaborate with sales and client servicing team to address training needs and product knowledge gaps.

• Collect and share market feedback to improve training content and strategies.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate training attendance, evaluation, and feedback records.

• Provide regular reports on training effectiveness, participant performance, and recommendations for improvement.
