Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Admin Executive who supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the company to ensure smooth business operations within a financial services environment. The role includes handling documentation, coordinating internal and external communications, assisting with reports, managing schedules, and supporting management with operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks including utility, service, and supplier payments.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.
  • Take charge of the recruitment process, from screening candidates and shortlisting to conducting initial interviews and briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary and benefits.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties when necessary.
  • Support HR and office administration activities.
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
  • Assist the Director Representative with other reasonable tasks/duties as required from time to time the objectives of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Working Details

  • Working Location: Bangsar South/Mont Kiara
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm
