Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support daily operations across online sales platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, campaign management, product listing, and online marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).

• Support product listing uploads, descriptions, images, and keyword updates.

• Monitor basic sales performance and assist in preparing reports.

• Assist in executing promotional campaigns (e.g., double day, pay day sales).

• Coordinate with designers for banners and campaign visuals.

• Support stock monitoring and product availability updates.

• Assist in handling platform ads and campaign setup.

• Conduct basic competitor and market research.

• Support customer service operations such as chat response and review monitoring.

• Work closely with operations and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Job Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.

2. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

3. Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

4. Good communication and willingness to learn.

5. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
