Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration or office support roles;

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures;

  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Description

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, tracking, and safekeeping of company records, letters, forms, registers, and administrative documents.

  • Assist in preparing, formatting, and maintaining letters, memoranda, reports, forms, meeting materials, presentations, and other corporate documents.

  • Support coordination between departments to ensure follow-up actions, deadlines, and administrative requirements are properly tracked.

  • Provide administrative support to Management and other departments as and when required.

  • Undertake any other duties or assignments as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
