Greet and welcome visitors/homeowner in a friendly and professional manner and contact the appropriate PIC from relevant department to attend to the customers.
Setting up of VP Office, DVP, My MS App and Novade systems.
Preparing VP handover kit (by appointment schedule) and briefing to homeowner.
Assist in bringing the homeowner to tour the unit.
Verify the validity of submitted defects by the home-owners.
To liaise with contractor and supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily defect rectification works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure, plans, quality requirements, specifications and work programs.
Verify the proper and satisfactory completion of defects works on site. Monitor progress and highlight critical issues as and when they arise.
Assist in making appointment with homeowner and do the joint inspection.
Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, document preparation, filing for audit purposes, manage the reception area and VP Office to ensuring it is clean and organized, handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls, updating progressive report in NOVADE system.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or direct them to the relevant department via email, walk in or phone calls and maintain a positive and helpful attitude when assisting visitors or employees.
Prepare weekly progress summaries which allow for the effective tracking of defect work statuses and completions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control activities.
This role may be assigned or transferred to various sites as needed to support the company's operations.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Property Management, Construction Management, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, property development, defect management, or related industries.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in NOVADE system or property handover processes will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
Willing to travel or be assigned to different project sites when required.
