Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize records (compliance, ISO, reports).

  • Track staff attendance, rosters, and schedules.

  • Support basic accounting tasks (invoices, expenses, payments).

  • Process and verify overtime (OT) submissions.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

  • Coordinate with operations and internal departments.

  • Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation.

  • Manage inventory and procurement of PPE, uniforms, and office supplies.

  • Provide administrative support (meetings, minutes, documentation).

  • Handle filing, data entry, and general correspondence.

  • Support communication with HR, Finance, and Procurement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in an industrial or waste management environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage data, records, and documentation efficiently.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards and ISO documentation is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance practices is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of administrative and compliance practices in industrial operations.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and urgent tasks.
