Work Location: Puchong, Selangor

Work Hours: 5.5 days

Job Description

• Administer all warranty-related processes, claims, and tasks in accordance with established SOPs and criteria

• Monitor, coordinate, prepare, and submit warranty claims to ensure timely submission and achievement of targets

• Monitor submission and rejection on daily basis

• Prepare all required warranty documentation, including photos, videos, technical reports, and supporting forms, to prevent any rejection of claim

• Manage the storage, control, and traceability of all defective warranty parts, ensuring inventory integrity and compliance

• Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Technicians on warranty requirements, claim status, and supporting documentation

• Ensure Warranty Room storage maintenance, cleanliness and housekeeping (5S).

• Maintain accurate warranty records, reports, and audit documentation in compliance with Honda Malaysia requirements

• Support overall service operations by ensuring efficient warranty processing and strict adherence to compliance standards

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate MUST have Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification (SKM Level 2 and above)

• Experience in an authorized automotive dealership workshop is highly preferred (especially from Honda)

• Able to comprehend English and Bahasa Malaysia to attend Honda Malaysia training and assessments, and to ensure effective professional communication

• Proven working knowledge of DPMS, SAP, and D-STI / i-HDS systems

• Minimum of 2–5 years’ hands-on experience in warranty
