About the role

Generise Hydrologic Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Halal Executive cum admin to join our team in Tawau, Sabah. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Halal operations and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with Halal certification and auditing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

• Providing customer service support to clients and stakeholders

• Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for the team

• Organising and maintaining office supplies and equipment

• Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in Halal certification or administration, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with Halal standards and regulations is an advantage
