Job Description

Responsibilities

This opportunity is within the aviation industry and is based in Subang Airport, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation through execution and beyond to ensure continuous compliance

  • Administer contracts, commercial agreements and license renewals including matters relates to data protection and confidentiality

  • Monitor business and regulatory compliance by ensuring policies, procedures, and frameworks are in line with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies and contractual obligations of the company

  • Conduct compliance risk identification and assessment, advice on mitigation strategies and support the identification and implementation of remedial actions for non-compliance areas

  • Prepare and present compliance reports for management and provide support during internal and external audit activities

  • Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and relevant authorities on legal and compliance matters

  • Maintain and continuously develop a centralised contract and compliance repository, ensuring proper documentation and record management

  • Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations and industry requirements that may impact the organization’s operations

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to establish, implement and maintain effective compliance procedures and controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate law and contract management

  • Good knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance and statutory requirements

  • Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities

  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality
