Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery, product, and related documentation accurately

  • Coordinate and arrange with senders, receivers, and relevant parties for smooth operations

  • Maintain proper filing and record of documents

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks

  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification

  • Able to work independently and in a team environment

  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel or system usage
