Handle live chat inquiries to deliver prompt, professional, and excellent customer support.

• Live Chat Support: Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via live chat platforms.

• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, provide step-by-step guidance, and aim for first-contact resolution.

• Data Entry & Logging: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions into the company’s CRM system.

• Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors in a timely manner.

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high standard of service quality to ensure positive customer experiences and high satisfaction scores.

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or live chat support is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with live chat software or CRM platforms.

• Soft Skills: Excellent written communication skills, high level of empathy, patience, and a strong customer-first mindset.

• Availability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
