Full Time TOPNOTCH - Payroll Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Topnotch Selangor - Maukerja

Work Descriptions:

• Responding to information requests from authorised members.
• Entering data into the database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
• Participate in any project assign to payroll dept.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Ensure all the data updated and synchronise accordingly.
• Act as a coordinator when needed.
• Prepare report.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to time constraints and Able to meet the deadline for the assigned task
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and good comm skills with ability to handle multiple transaction and request
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
• Ability to think analytical and Able to perform multi-tasking
• Able to coop with fast pace under minimum supervision.
• Basic understanding of databases
• Familiar to payroll software will be an added advantage.
• Open for an internship position for a duration of 3 - 6 month(s)
