1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates under supervision
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview materials
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
- Support new employee orientation and induction activities
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files (physical and digital)
- Assist in data entry and updating HR databases / HRIS
- Prepare basic HR letters (confirmation, transfer, memo, etc.) under guidance
- Support filing, documentation, and record-keeping in compliance with company policies
3. Training & Development
- Assist in coordinating training programs and courses
- Prepare attendance lists, training materials, and training reports
- Support post-training documentation and feedback collection
4. Payroll & Attendance (Exposure)
- Assist in monitoring attendance, leave records, and overtime data
- Support payroll preparation by compiling required information
- Assist with staff claims and basic benefits administration (where applicable)
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support HR activities, events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist HR in handling general staff inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times
6. General HR Support
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR team
- Assist in HR projects and policy documentation when required
Education
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- Industrial Relations
- or related fields
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Pay: From RM500.00 per month
