We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications network deployment, along with proven project management experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. As a Systems Engineer, you will be conducting technical discussions throughout the lifecycle of Wireless Comms projects. This role encompasses overcoming technical challenges and ensuring seamless project execution. You will leverage your deep understanding of telecom technologies to manage both the technical complexities of the wireless network and to ensure that the client specifications are met.

Network Deployment & Support:

• Assist in the deployment and integration of 3G, 4G, and 5G network hardware and software.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineers, vendors, and contractors, assisting with overcoming challenges and ensuring project milestones are met.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Assist in managing project budgets, and quality standards, while helping to identify and mitigate risks.

Communication:

• Provide regular updates on project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Support troubleshooting efforts to ensure projects meet quality standards.

Compliance:

• Assist in ensuring that all Wireless deployments meet regulatory and industry standards.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electrical, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications, network deployment, or project management is preferred
• Basic understanding of 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• RF tools competency: Site Master, Spectrum Analyzer, PIM Master, Signal Generator, Nemo Walker Air, Nemo Handy, Nemo Analyze and etc.
• RF Coverage planning, simulation and optimization tools (e.g., iBwave, ATDI, InfoVista, Ranplan etc.)
• Good knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances, Cisco routers/switches
• CCNA certification is preferred.
• Eagerness to Learn: Motivated to grow in telecommunications and project management.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with practical solutions.
• Clear Communicator: Comfortable working with different teams and sharing project updates in a clear and concise manner.
• Adaptability: Willing to adapt to new technologies and ways of working in a fast-paced environment.
