Job Requirements

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media trends. 
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or other content editing software. 
• Good communication and copywriting skills in English. 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. 
• Willingness to travel or support event coverage when required. 

Preferred Skills

• Basic photography and videography skills. 
• Understanding of social media insights and engagement analytics. 
• Knowledge of short-form video trends and content planning.

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to manage and develop social media content. 

The role will mainly focus on Instagram content management, social media engagement, short-form content creation, and digital brand presence. 

The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content storytelling, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management 

• Manage and maintain social media platforms mainly on Instagram, including content planning, scheduling, and posting. 
• Develop engaging and creative social media content aligned with each company’s branding and marketing direction. Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and social media performance. 

Content Creation 

• Create visual content, graphics, reels, and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools. 
• Write captions and social media copy that suit different target audiences and industries. 
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas, campaigns, and social media trends. 

Event & Project Content Support

• Support onsite content shooting during events, activations, or project visits when required. 
• Capture photos and short videos for social media updates and marketing purposes. 
• Ensure timely content delivery for weekly event promotions and post-event highlights. 

Branding & Marketing Support 

• Ensure consistency of branding across both company social media platforms. 
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, TikTok trends, and current digital marketing practices. 
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing and branding tasks assigned by management.
