- Partner with PFS business units (Wealth, Mortgages, Credit Cards) to identify manual, repetitive processes ripe for automation.
- Design end-to-end automation workflows that integrate with existing data analytics models. You aren't just "recording clicks"; you’re building intelligent bots.
- Lead the development lifecycle using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Monitor bot performance using analytics dashboards. Use data to prove ROI and identify where bots are failing or underperforming.
- Act as the translator between technical developers and non-technical business heads to ensure automation meets compliance and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all bots adhere to banking security protocols, especially regarding sensitive customer financial data.
