Key Responsibilities Quality Management

• Monitor and maintain quality management systems in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Maintain quality records and documentation.

Safety & Health

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Organize safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Environmental Management

• Ensure environmental compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor waste management and pollution control activities.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain environmental records and reports.

Compliance & Documentation

• Prepare QSHE reports and documentation.
• Ensure ISO standards compliance (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and clients.
• Update policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of QSHE experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO management systems.
• Familiar with safety regulations and risk assessment procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Certifications

• Safety and Health Officer (SHO) certification
• Internal Auditor certification
• First Aid / Emergency Response training
