Full Time Environmental Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Mujur Minat Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit environmental reports and related documentation to management.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental policies, legal requirements, and company standards throughout all project operations.
• Implement, maintain and oversee the overall Environmental Management System compliance under the area of responsibility.
• Conduct regular environmental inspections, audits, and monitoring activities, including follow-up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure effective closure.
• Identify environmental risks and compliance gaps, and recommend practical mitigation measures to improve site environmental performance.
• Liaise and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies such as the Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), local authorities, and health departments on all environmental matters.
• Support the site management team in promoting environmental awareness, compliance, and best practices across all project activities.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Well-versed in Environmental Management System.
• Good knowledge of DOE and DOSH regulations, environmental legislation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in report writing and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and perform efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
