**Job Description**
• Provide excellent customer service to guests from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring satisfaction and repeat patronage
• Prepare, serve, and present food and beverages according to established standards and health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with NEA guidelines and company policies
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations during peak periods
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages advantageous given Singapore's multicultural cliente
Undertake other assignments and / or ad hoc duties as and when required
Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
