Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented TikTok Content Creator to join our growing team. This role focuses on planning, producing, and editing engaging short-form videos that align with brand identity and drive audience engagement. You’ll be working closely with the live host, operation team and will report to the Video Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok short videos independently with strong creativity and execution.
- Stay updated with TikTok trends and user behavior, quickly generating content ideas that ride on trending formats.
- Perform basic post-production editing, including cuts, subtitles, background music, and effects using editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Ensure content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
- Monitor and analyze video performance data to optimize content strategy and improve reach & engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports TikTok campaigns and business objectives.
Essentials Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in problem-solving and time management.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and observation skills.
- Hands-on video production skills: able to independently plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos.
- Familiar with TikTok trends, user behavior, and content ideation.
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong visual sense and brand awareness to produce content that fits brand identity.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week
