Rescape Engineering is a Main Contractor company, focusing on Government Project constructions, such as hospitals, schools, public roadworks, public drainage systems, and other government buildings or infrastructure.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Rescape Engineering Sdn. Bhd., located in Seri Kembangan. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting in cost control and management, preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), and supporting cost planning and cost reporting tasks. Additional responsibilities include monitoring expenses and ensuring project budgets are maintained.

Qualifications

• [MUST] Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
• [MUST] Able to work on the Construction Site & Possess Basic Construction Knowledge
• [MUST] Have own Transport & Driving License
• [MUST] Familiar with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Construction Drawings
• Coordinate with the Site Team, which includes: the Project Manager (PM), Site Engineers, QAQC Engineers, etc.
• Perform Monthly Evaluation:

(1) Site Progress Recording & Tracking with the Site Team,

(2) Compile all the Site Progress into the Interim Payment Certificate (IPC),

(3) Present IPC to the Client and Compute the Final Claimable Amount

• Help on Project Procurement: Search for Suitable Suppliers/ Subcontractors to carry out the works based on the descriptions stated in the Bill of Quantities (BQ)
• Perform Document Control for IPCs and VOs
