What You’ll Be Doing
Scholarships, Sponsorships & Talent Development
Coordinate skills development programmes and track implementation progress
Administer scholarships and sponsorship schemes effectively
Support programme delivery, monitoring, and evaluation (including HMDP)
Assist in implementing talent development plans and initiatives
Contribute to programmes that build resilience for individuals and teams
Support mentoring programme operations and evaluate effectiveness
Employee Engagement Support
Coordinate employee engagement surveys and manage data collection
Support organisational action planning and execution of engagement initiatives
Assist in implementation of employee engagement strategies at operational level
Help strengthen the link between talent development and organisational performance
What We’re Looking For
Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in computer skills (animation software is an advantage)
Good organisational and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
