Why We Need You
As a Marketing Operations Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Indonesia market through the planning, execution, and optimization of acquisition and retention campaigns. You will play a key role in campaign management, promotional execution, market analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and contribute to player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, promotions, operational processes, and marketing performance optimization.
What You'll Be Doing
Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute upcoming promotional campaigns
Configure and manage promotional and bonus campaigns within internal systems
Coordinate campaign approval processes and ensure timely execution
Plan and prepare monthly promotional calendars aligned with market objectives
Support acquisition and retention initiatives designed to drive player growth and engagement
Translate promotional materials and marketing communications into Bahasa Indonesia
Coordinate banner requests and creative assets for promotion pages, email campaigns, push notifications, and pop-up content
Ensure marketing communications are localized and aligned with market preferences
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports
Analyze ongoing and completed campaigns to identify improvement opportunities
Monitor promotional performance and provide actionable recommendations
Manage daily promotional activities, including rebate and promotion payouts
Utilize internal software, databases, tools, and reporting platforms effectively
Ensure campaign configurations and operational activities are executed accurately
Maintain documentation and records related to marketing operations
Collaborate with Product, Retention, Acquisition, Player Engagement, and other internal teams
Support initiatives related to market-specific products and promotions
Participate in monthly briefings and planning sessions
Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, CRM, Campaign Management, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines
Comfortable working with databases, software platforms, and reporting tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork skills
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Position: Marketing Operations Officer
Location: Indonesia
Department: Marketing Acquisition & Retention
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Marketing Operations Team Leader / Marketing Manager
Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
Market Focus: Indonesia Market.
