About the Role
This is a documentation-focused HR role based in Bukit Jalil. You will be responsible for ensuring all HR records, staff files, and company documents are complete, accurate, properly filed, and audit-ready.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain filing for all HR documents — contracts, letters, forms, consents, and staff personal files
- Prepare and update HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, memos, and policy acknowledgements
- Follow up on incomplete documents, missing signatures, and pending records
- Maintain records for selected scopes of Human Resources
- Assist with data entry, scanning, labelling, and physical/digital filing
- Support audit preparation and ensure all records are always ready for review

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- 6-day workweek during probation (including full-day Saturday), transitioning to 5-day upon confirmation
