- Welcome, build confidence and take care of children from 4 months to 2 years old
- Organise and lead manual activities, workshops, games, stories and songs adapted to the age of the child
- Ensure the safety of children within the Baby Club structure and during all trips around the resort
- Guarantee compliance with the Club Med hygiene and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
