Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
  • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Support preparation of financial reports and documentation

Accounts

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up payments
  • Assist with supplier payments and purchase records

Administration

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain project and financial documentation
  • Assist with email management, scheduling, and record keeping
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external suppliers where required

Data Entry

  • Enter and update financial and operational data in internal systems
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and records
  • Ensure all information is organised and up to date

Requirements

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or administrative roles
  • Strong data entry and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
