Responsibilities

Location: Remote - WFH

Client Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 9am -5pm AEST

Region: Sydney, Australia

Monthly Salary: 60-70k php Quarterly Bonus + Paid Leave Allowance + Paid Aus Public Holidays + Career Progression

Contract: Independent Contractor - Ongoing

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced NDIS Compliance & Quality Assurance Professional to support audit readiness, compliance administration and evidence review for an Australian NDIS provider.

The role will involve reviewing participant files, checking compliance evidence, maintaining audit records, identifying documentation gaps and supporting the team to stay aligned with NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements.

  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with an Australian NDIS provider.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit support or provider governance roles.
  • Proven experience preparing for NDIS audits, including evidence gathering, documentation review and audit readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS audit requirements, Practice Standards, quality indicators and compliance obligations.
  • Ability to review participant files, identify gaps, maintain compliance records and support corrective actions.
