Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Executive role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Inventory Executive will be responsible for monitoring daily stock levels, recording all inventory movements, and ensuring accurate entries in the inventory management system. The role includes conducting regular physical stock checks, reconciling variances, and preparing summary reports for management. The Inventory Executive will coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to track incoming and outgoing goods, maintain optimal stock levels, and support timely order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation, assisting in audits, following standard operating procedures, and supporting initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong inventory control and stock management skills, including experience with inventory tracking systems and basic reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and inventory software, with the ability to enter, analyze, and report data accurately.
  • Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and a structured approach to record keeping and documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Ability to follow established processes, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in inventory operations.
  • Prior experience in inventory, warehousing, supply chain, or a related operational role; experience in manufacturing or jewelry/diamond industry is an advantage.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, with reliability, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
