• Establish and manage strong business relationships with merchants
• Servicing accounts by undertaking queries, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
• Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
• Querying data & generating report for merchants request and management needs
• Perform broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses for merchant business review
• Gain a deep understanding of our app's products (i.e.. Ads or Marketing services) and business goals to inform cross-sell strategies
• Other ad hoc admin & customer service duties

The Talent

• Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Skills (Knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategy, or Operations
• Account Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Tableau, Holistic, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL would be a bonus
